I had the privilege of interning for Tailored Brands, Inc. at their NYC office, specifically in the Jos A. Bank merchandising division. Here's a glimpse of what I learned and accomplished:

Hands-On Experience: I worked closely with the merchandising team to analyze market trends, evaluate product performance, and develop strategies to enhance our product offerings.

Data-Driven Decisions: I utilized weekly selling reports to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and support decision-making processes, ensuring our collections met customer needs and market demands.

Collaboration & Teamwork: I shadowed and worked closely with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, and supply chain, gaining insights into the end-to-end process of bringing products to market.

Professional Growth: I attended a wholesale appointment, observed market week meetings, and networked with a variety of departments in the company, including planning, marketing, and social.

Creative Projects: At the end of my internship, I presented a comprehensive merchandising analysis as well as potential opportunities for the company to improve their denim sales.
