During my last semester of college, I took line development, one of the hardest courses within the merchandising and design track. I took on the role as group leader as well as the slide designer and marketing lead. Below is some of the work I produced for this project. After months of hard work, “Revival” was selected as the winning collection of the class and the Cotton Works X VCUarts Fashion Line Development Grant.

Revival by Lee is an aged collection that will remain a timeless reconnection to the heritage of Lee Jeans. With a strong marketing strategy and extensive textile research, this collection will solidify the positioning of Lee Jeans as a popular and quality denim brand trending with younger consumers.

Despite all of its challenges, this was the most rewarding project I’ve ever worked on. I was able to expand my skillset in both merchandising and design by creating sketches, flats, cost sheets, line sheets, and a marketing plan.
